Saturday, June 25

4:00-5:00 pm - a time to hold the upcoming gathering in prayer (offered each day before formal gathering)

5:00-7:30 - Welcome / “Listening to the Inward Christ Together” - then introductions in small groups 

7:30-8:30 - Break (with opportunity for informal fellowship in breakout groups)

8:30-10:00 - An invitation to celebrate the presence of God in our lives, then shape of days to come

Sunday & Monday June 26-27

5:00-5:45 pm - Bible session

6:00-7:30 Waiting worship - followed by intercessory prayers, rising concerns, shape of day

7:30-8:30 - Break (opportunity for fellowship in small groups or “interest groups” if requested by a Friend)

8:30-10:00 - Meeting for discernment / plenary session around a concern

Tuesday June 28

5:00-5:45 pm - Bible session

6:00-7:30 - Waiting worship followed by Intercessory prayers

7:30-8:30 - Break (opportunity for fellowship in small groups or “interest groups” if requested by a Friend)

8:30-10:00 - How do we stay connected with each other and farewell

10:00 - Close of gathering

Friday June 24 (in-person only)

4:00 - Registration opens (in dorm)

6:00 - Informal potluck supper (upper dorm lounger)

7:30 - Singing & opening worship, sharing around circle (why you came, what you’re carrying with you)

Saturday, June 25

9:00 am - “Holding the gathering” in prayer (offered each day before formal sessions)

10:00 - Welcome / “Listening to the Inward Christ Together” - then introductions in small groups 

12:30 - Break (with opportunity for informal fellowship in breakout groups for those on zoom)

1:30 - An invitation to celebrate the presence of God in our lives, then the shape of days to come

3:00 - Closing of formal gathering for day

Onsite each day:

4:00 - Outdoor activities/field trips

6:00 - Supper

7:00 - Singing / intergenerational activities
