We are glad to help you arrange carpooling.  We definitely expect Friends will be coming this year from New England, DC area, NC, Cincinnati, and Richmond IN.

This year's Quaker Spring immediately follows the Conservative Friends gathering (which is being held June 22-24 at Stillwater Meetinghouse and Olney Friends School), so it also may be possible to get rides to Barnesville with Friends traveling to that gathering.

There are Greyhound bus stations in Cambridge OH and Wheeling WV - both about 35 minutes away

Rail
The nearest Amtrak station is Pittsburgh which is about 1 hr 40 minutes away. 

Air:
Pittsburgh airport is about 90 minutes away
Columbus OH airport is about 2 hours
