2009 Gathering Costs

This is a "simple gathering" with very low costs to attend.  We ask participants to contribute enough if they are able to cover what we need to pay to Olney Friends School for room & board. If participants are able to contribute more than this out-of-pocket cost to the gathering, this will help cover modest organizing expenses & help enable others to attend with very limited means or coming from a great distance.

The following are the fee guidelines we suggest for participants:

Dormitory housing $25-$40 per day per adult, including meals

Guest house $40-$60 per day per adult in a double, including meals & linens. (Higher for a single room. Only a limited number of these rooms are available.)

Camping or RV $20-30 per day per adult, including meals

Meals only for those staying off campus $15-25/day/adult

Suggested contribution for children 5-16 half price. Children under 5 free.

The above amounts are general guidelines. Please pay the amount that you feel is right for you. Young adult Friends are especially encouraged to feel free to pay lower fees if needed to enable them to take part.  We hope no one will stay away because of expense!

Travel assistance may be available for those coming from a distance who could not otherwise take part.  Please ask, if this will help you attend.
